Join Limina Collective for an immersive workshop that explores how art can enhance mindfulness and boost creativity. In this session, you'll closely examine Lucien Gaillard’s 'Comb in the Form of Two Dragonflies', practicing shifting between narrow and broad focus with purpose and kindness. Discover how improving mental agility can support your creative practice and productivity.

The workshop begins with guided meditation, followed by a focused, mindful observation of Gaillard’s artwork. Learn how mindfulness techniques can enrich your creative process and daily life, with opportunities for reflection and discussion.

This workshop can be enjoyed individually, or followed as a mini-course,  - structured around the three components of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s definition of mindfulness: ‘paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.’
