Discover how engaging with art can enhance mindfulness and boost your overall wellbeing in this transformative workshop with Limina Collective, experts in mindful art observation. You’ll take a close look at a masterpiece of Northern Renaissance art, 'A Goldsmith in His Workshop by Petrus Christus', through guided meditation and an exploration of its intricate details and historical significance.

Through carefully structured activities, we will investigate mindfulness techniques designed to work with judgmental thoughts, encouraging a more compassionate and appreciative perspective. You'll learn to cultivate a quality of looking that not only enhances your understanding of the artwork but also nurtures your creative practice and self-awareness.

This workshop can be enjoyed individually, or followed as a mini-course,  - structured around the three components of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s definition of mindfulness: ‘paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.’
