Using the 953 Gravel Road bike as a live example, Caren Hartley talks about processes and techniques used in building bespoke bike frames – transitioning from a career in fine jewellery, moving onto large scale public artwork and then into bespoke frame-building, specifically the design process, the fit, design, geometry hand-picked componentry, tube selection, brazing, finishing and paint.

Keith Noronha, of Reynolds Technology Limited talks about the importance of metallurgy in design, tubing, how it is made and its applications. 2017 marks Reynolds 120th Year of business.
